Keyboard shortcuts

How to use

Type markdown on the left. The preview on the right updates as you write.

Tabs & multi-document

Click + in the tab bar to add a doc. Drag tabs to reorder. Double-click a tab to rename. Cmd/Ctrl+P fuzzy-finds across all docs.

Modes

Toggle Write (editor only), Split, or Read (preview only) from the top-right or with ⌘E.

Settings

Open Tools → Settings for typography (6 families, 6 sizes), layout, accents, table styles, list bullets. All settings persist locally.

Math & diagrams

The first time you write $math$ or a ```mermaid block, themarkdown will ask before loading the renderer. Pick Always off if you never want it.

Privacy

Everything you type is stored only on your device. Closing your browser keeps your work; clearing site data deletes it.
